The Brief

The Engagement with retirement age couple and their Daughters Family needed fast turnaround, someone to manage the design and approval process and get moving on Build as soon as possible, aligning purchase and handover processes of the property and being able to key goal and wanted Value for money, Speed and Quality. The existing home was tired and needed significant overhaul. 

Constraints & Challenges

The property had an old 1,000 litre grease trap within new footing line and required engineering review
and footing strategy change.

The client had budget and timeline pressures which we addressed using a phased procurement approach and tight project management controls.

We managed heritage material transitions by carefully managing between old and new to maintain continuity.
